Do I need a diagnosis before booking?
No. You can book because of symptoms, distress, a change in functioning, a sexual concern, substance use or simply because you want an assessment. You do not need to know the correct diagnostic label first.
Are sexual-health consultations confidential?
Sexual concerns can be discussed as part of a private clinical consultation. The history taken is guided by medical relevance to the concern.
Can I book by phone or WhatsApp?
Yes. You can call or message the clinic number shown on this website. Online appointment arrangements can also be discussed when available.
Where do consultations currently take place?
Psychiatry consultations are currently listed at Kotadiya Doctor House, Jasdan on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Intimate-health consultations are currently listed at Allo Health Clinic, University Road, Rajkot every day except Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Will medication always be prescribed?
Not necessarily. The plan depends on the problem, assessment and your preferences. Depending on the situation, treatment may include psychotherapy, behavioural interventions, medication, lifestyle strategies, or a combination.
Can I come for a second opinion?
Yes. Bring previous prescriptions, reports and relevant treatment history when available so that the clinical picture can be reviewed more efficiently.
Can another clinic or hospital be added later?
Yes. The website is designed for multiple locations, so additional workplaces can be added without restructuring the core site.
Is the information on the website medical advice?
No. The pages are educational. Diagnosis and treatment decisions require an individual clinical assessment.
